Refund & Exchange Policy

At Loux, we’re committed to delivering a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Important Notes:

  • Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • Sale and clearance items are non-refundable

Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 3 to 5 business days from the date your order is confirmed. Deliveries are handled by Aramex or our in-house courier service and take place Sunday to Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email with an updated estimated delivery date. Shipping costs are non-refundable. At this time, we can only deliver to one address per order; if you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation will be sent to you.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us at info@loux.com.

If you encounter any issue with your purchase, please contact us immediately. In case of damaged items, kindly send a photo of the product. You are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase for defective items only.
